** European deliveries are charged per carton, a carton capacity is up to 2 chairs, this means the delivery cost will be the same if 1 chair or 2 chairs are ordered and the delivery cost will be multiplied accordingly at the checkout depending on the number of chairs added to the shopping cart.
Express Delivery Monday to Friday
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following working day.
Estimated delivery times displayed in the above table are inclusive of handling time. During busier periods such as Christmas this may take slightly longer.
For chairs and barstools we use couriers such as DPD and DHL, both offer great in flight delivery information to customers such as delivery window text messages. To take advantage of these delivery updates please make sure a current mobile telephone number is included with your address at checkout.
Please note we occasionally split larger orders to ensure safer delivery practice, this will normally be over 2 consecutive working days.
Saturday Delivery *
To enable us to fulfil Saturday deliveries for the same week we require orders to be placed by 4pm on Thursday. Saturday orders placed after 4pm Thursday will be rolled onto the following week.
Request a delivery date
To request a delivery date please leave a note in the 'order notes' box when viewing the shopping cart before proceeding to checkout. Please note we can only reserve deliveries for future dates beyond our usual delivery timescale, in line with our usual delivery policies and for Express Delivery Monday to Friday orders.
European and International Delivery
Please refer to the delivery table above for cost and delivery timescales, European delivery is Monday to Friday only - please make sure a current contact number and email is included with your address at the checkout. If you cannot see your delivery location listed please contact us for a delivery quote.
Made-To-Order
Delivery is typically 6 to 10 weeks from the order being placed but sometimes sooner, we will always make contact a week before expected delivery to confirm an exact day.
Tables
We dispatch tables with a specialist 2 person delivery service, we endeavour to have tables delivered within 7 working days, however this may take slightly longer depending on delivery location.

Unfortunately not, most of our delivery partners are on automated routes – you will receive a delivery window text if a mobile number was included with your address at the checkout.

Will the courier take my order to a room of choice and set it up?
For express and Saturday delivery this is to front door ground floor only. We are happy to discuss any special requirements you may have, please contact us before placing your order.
What if they try to deliver but I’m not at home?
We advise customers to leave a mobile number with their address details at the checkout to take advantage of in flight delivery updates such as delivery window text messages - these text messages will also enable you to request that your delivery is left in a safe place, with a neighbour or to change delivery day.
